30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unused, in original packaging)

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Not assembled or used (except for necessary inspection)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gas-powered equipment with fuel in the tank

  • Items missing serial numbers or with tampered labels

  • Used blades or cutting components

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Assembled products missing original packaging

Refund Process

Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you regarding approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for credit to appear on your statement

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refund Exceptions

  • Products damaged during customer assembly are not eligible for refund

  • Normal wear and tear or damage from improper use is not covered

  • Missing accessories may result in partial refunds

Return Shipping

Pre-Authorization Required

Contact us at contact@lawnmowersdeals.com before shipping any returns. We will provide:

  • Return authorization number (required for processing)

  • Return shipping instructions

  • Nearest authorized return center location

Large Equipment Returns

For zero-turn mowers, tractors, and riding mowers:

  • Customer responsible for return freight costs

  • Must be returned via freight carrier with liftgate service

  • Original crating/packaging must be intact

  • $150 restocking fee applies to large equipment returns

Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Notification Required

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lawnmowersdeals.com

  • Provide photos/video of damage and packaging

  • We will arrange replacement or repair at our expense

  • Do not attempt repairs – this may void warranty

Manufacturer Defects

Items with manufacturer defects may be covered under manufacturer warranty. We will:

  • Facilitate warranty claims with manufacturer

  • Provide repair authorization when applicable

  • Coordinate with local service centers when possible

Exchanges

Same Model Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange:

  • Contact us with your order number and issue description

  • We will ship replacement once defective item is received

  • Expedited shipping available for additional cost

Different Model Exchanges

Want a different model? Process:

  • Return original item for refund (following standard return policy)

  • Place new order for desired model

  • We cannot directly exchange for different models

Special Circumstances

Seasonal Considerations

  • Spring returns (March-May): Extended to 45 days for unused items

  • End-of-season returns: Must be initiated by October 1st

  • Winter storage: Contact us for off-season return options

Demonstration Units

Some products may be demonstration or floor models clearly marked as such:

  • 15% restocking fee applies

  • 14-day return window

  • May show minor cosmetic wear
