Browse our selection, choose your preferred lawn mower, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. We do not store your complete payment details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters our processing system and changes may not be possible. Contact our customer service immediately if you need to make changes.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 15-27 business days. Expedited shipping options (12-23 business days) are available at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $1299. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the mower.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options to Canada and Mexico in the near future.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package directly from the email or through your account on our website.

Yes, we offer professional assembly services for an additional fee. Most mowers require minimal assembly, but our service ensures your mower is properly set up and ready to use upon delivery.

How do I choose the right mower for my lawn?

Consider your lawn size, terrain, and personal preferences. Small lawns (under 1/4 acre) typically need push mowers, medium lawns (1/4 to 1/2 acre) work well with self-propelled mowers, and larger lawns (over 1/2 acre) may require riding mowers. Our product filters can help you narrow down options based on your needs.

Do you sell replacement parts and accessories?

Yes, we carry a wide selection of genuine replacement parts, blades, bags, and accessories for most mower models we sell. Use our parts finder tool or contact our support team for assistance.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping fees may apply. Gas-powered mowers that have had fuel added cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Do your mowers come with a warranty?

Yes, all our mowers come with manufacturer warranties that typically range from 2-5 years depending on the brand and model. Warranty details are provided with each product and in your order confirmation.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

What if my mower arrives damaged?

If your mower arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please take photos of the damage to expedite the process.
